xAI's AI assistant now processes web-based transactions using single-use secure cards provided by Stripe's payment tool. Users in the US must approve each spend request before the bot completes a purchase on their behalf. Elon Musk shared an example of the bot placing an order for a Tesla Model Y to demonstrate the new capability.

The tool now works with X and assigns each bot its own computer to perform tasks like a laptop user. The service is live on desktop before a mobile rollout and is included in $20 a month Cursor AI Pro and $30 a month SuperGrok subscriptions. Connecting an X profile provides a developer account with $100 in free API credits, and Musk pledged the company would make users whole if the bot makes a mistake.
