Premium members of OpenAI's artificial intelligence tools regained full system access as of Sept 30. The company confirmed that functionality for subscribers on the Pro and Plus tiers has returned to normal following a period of technical instability.

The disruptions first appeared on Sept 29, when the company reported elevated error rates that impacted both ChatGPT and its Codex model. These failures caused intermittent service losses and error messages for a wide range of users during active sessions.
