Salesforce and Nvidia's Koa model is post-trained for sales, marketing, and customer-support workflows within the Agentforce platform. Built on the open-weight Nemotron architecture, the tool handles multi-step reasoning with lower token usage to reduce inference costs, Salesforce said. The companies used synthetic data and simulated scenarios for training instead of actual customer information.

Koa operates within an AI gateway that routes workloads to providers including OpenAI and Anthropic based on the required task. Salesforce also expanded an enterprise AI pact with Google Cloud and increased infrastructure partnerships with AWS to support its software stack.
