This system enables companies to scale operational engagement, including the ability to train 1,000 sales representatives in a single day, conduct 1:1 meetings with 2,000 employees simultaneously, or interview 3,000 customers per week.

Synthesia previously provided avatars that delivered one-way video content, but the update adds the capacity for avatars to listen and react during live roleplays or surveys. The platform now includes an AI coach that provides performance scores and results for each skill after a session ends, addressing a user demand the company has tracked since 2017.
