Robinhood Launches Agentic Trading for 150,000 Early UsersHOOD

The retail brokerage has released in-app AI assistants capable of independently conducting market research and executing trades within user-defined limits. These agents operate through dedicated agentic trading accounts to isolate financial risk, with manual trade approval enabled by default. Robinhood reports that more than 150,000 customers have already opened these accounts, and the AI tools are being utilized nearly 30 million times per day.

The platform is preparing to launch "Loops," a feature that will enable agents to monitor markets 24/7 and trigger strategies automatically based on specific market conditions. This functionality is supported by a marketplace of professional data tools from partners such as Nasdaq, Unusual Whales, and Quiver Quantitative. Additionally, users can access OpenAI’s GPT-Luna for free through the end of the year.
