A new joint venture leverages security research and frontier AI to spot and repair weaknesses in the digital networks of hospitals, government agencies, and nonprofits. Wiz and Google DeepMind launched the initiative, called Scan for Good, which utilizes the Gemini 3.8 Flash Cyber model to help public-interest organizations identify and remediate security gaps before they are exploited by attackers.

The tool has already been used to protect 8.8 million national archive files, a hospital's mobile alert channel, and a public rail operator's administrative systems. Wiz also used the technology to secure private RL environments for an AI Training Data Platform and coordinated with each affected organization to fix the identified exposures.
