The kingdom prepares to resume exports from the port of Yanbu later on Tuesday following the restart of the East-West oil pipeline, citing trade sources. This restoration took more than a week, exceeding the original guidance that operations would return within a few days.

European refiners continue to receive notifications that no crude will be available in October despite the recovery at Yanbu. The East-West pipeline resumes full flows by the end of the week to restore the primary western export route for Saudi crude, providing an alternative to the blockaded Strait of Hormuz.
