Cathie Wood's ARK Invest has launched an onchain version of the ARK Venture Fund through the Securitize platform. The actively managed fund, which trades under the ticker $ARKVX, is available to eligible investors on the Ethereum blockchain and provides exposure to assets including OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe and Databricks.

This is the first fund from ARK to be tokenized. By bringing the fund onchain, the firm enables the trading of a portfolio that contains both public and private technology companies through digital tokens on Ethereum.
