Retail investors can now obtain indirect tokenized interests in private companies via the Binance Wallet through new Pre-Access campaigns hosted by PancakeSwap. The program permits users to hold these tokenized assets in self-custodied wallets, providing a method to gain exposure to companies before they potentially list on public exchanges.

Quota allocations for participation depend on Alpha Points as well as on-chain bStocks holdings and trading volume. Binance has not yet named the first project to be featured in the launch, though it stated that the first company would be revealed soon.
