CEO Shayne Coplan appointed a new executive to oversee the unification and optimization of the platform's on-chain tools. Jacob Horne, former CEO of Zora, joins Polymarket to lead a revamp of the decentralized finance product after Coplan admitted performance waned as the service scaled. Horne will collaborate with the CEO on product development to address technical issues across all surface areas of the prediction market.

Polymarket will host a DeFi town hall to gather user feedback and present a product roadmap. Coplan addressed complaints from long-time users that the company had pivoted its focus toward the US market and requested that the community send direct feedback to Horne as the firm works to improve the on-chain experience.
