The onchain prediction market protocol Trueo is relocating its operations from the Base layer 2 network to the Ethereum mainnet. The transition focuses on utilizing the mainnet's integration potential and product upside to improve its feature set and ecosystem connectivity.

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin welcomed the migration, identifying Trueo as a strong prediction market contender that is ethical and "not corposlop." Buterin noted the project is dedicated to decentralization and the application of prediction markets as a meaningful economic primitive on the L1.
