Spot cryptocurrency funds in the U.S. maintained their positive momentum on Tuesday with sustained investor interest across major assets. Bitcoin ETFs recorded a net inflow of $42.99 million, or 511 BTC, on September 29, while Ethereum ETFs drew $15.37 million, or 5,648 ETH. These additions bring the total net inflow for Bitcoin funds to $1.28 billion (15,196 BTC) and Ethereum funds to $459.29 million (168,733 ETH) over the past seven days.
The growth follows a trend that saw Bitcoin ETF inflows of $31.07 million and Ethereum ETF inflows of $17.10 million on September 28. On that day, BlackRock's IBIT led the Bitcoin segment with $54.8 million in additions, which offset outflows from Fidelity's FBTC and Grayscale's GBTC. The activity through September 28 had established an 8 day streak of positive flows for U.S. spot Bitcoin funds.
