Institutional demand for Bitcoin vehicles in the US rebounded on Thursday, providing a lift to spot ETFs after a period of redemptions. These funds recorded total net inflows of $159.5 million on Sept. 17, led by BlackRock's IBIT which drew $183.7 million. IBIT was the only fund to report positive net flows for the session, ending a two day sequence of losses.

Spot Ether ETFs continued to lose assets with $39.2 million in net outflows on the same day. This decline extended the negative streak for Ethereum-based products to three days, contrasting the recovery seen in the Bitcoin market.
