Robinhood Chain Crosses $10 Billion Perpetual Volume After June Start↩︎

The blockchain network operated by the brokerage firm reached a new activity milestone for derivative trades on Sept. 10. Perpetual contract volume on Robinhood Chain grew from $8,172 in June to more than $10 billion in a matter of months, shifting from thousands to billions of dollars in total activity.

The network earned $33 million in trading fees over a 15 day period, with nearly 90% of the revenue remaining with Robinhood. These figures outperformed Solana's $11 million in the same window, leading Bernstein analysts to forecast $160 million in annual fees by 2028 and 31% upside for the company's stock.
