The tour promoter confirmed that multiple stadiums warned they would not host the concerts with the rapper on the lineup, which impacted 8 of the final 10 U.S. dates.

Venues that objected to the inclusion of the artist included Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, and Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Sheeran told Macklemore that the phrase "Free Palestine" was hurtful to many people, which the musician countered by stating that Palestinians are the true victims. Neither Robert Kraft nor the Kraft Group has confirmed the reported ultimatum.
