Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shared intelligence with UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed during Sunday's Abu Dhabi talks that Israel says shows renewed Iranian nuclear progress, including new construction at the Pickaxe mountain site about 140 miles south of Tehran. He told the meeting Israel assesses that Iran could initiate an attack “in the coming weeks.”

CNN reported that a senior Saudi security official attended an expanded meeting, which also covered the Houthis, Bab al-Mandeb and the Strait of Hormuz. A senior Saudi official denied that Saudi and Israeli officials met during the visit.

The UAE confirmed the visit on Monday, saying the leaders discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them. Iran subsequently condemned the trip, with Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warning: “Those colluding with Israel to sow division will be held to account.”
