The Los Angeles Rams' defense will be without Myles Garrett for several weeks due to a medical setback. The star defensive end is undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery and will be placed on injured reserve, missing matchups against the Giants, Broncos, Eagles, and Bills.

The knee procedure is described as minor, though the injured reserve designation removes Garrett from the active roster for the next 4 games. This absence comes as the team's pass rush faces a significant gap during an early season stretch against four different opponents.
