Users of the Instinct platform can now automate the process of booking restaurants that do not take online reservations and negotiating cable bills through a new phone-based tool. The "white glove" service manages high-touch tasks and complex service bookings, as announced by Noah Rhinn on Sept. 16.

Instinct Concierge is available to an early access group starting Wednesday and expands to more users soon. The tool's functionality includes getting users onto dentist cancellation lists and managing other telephone-based requests to resolve administrative chores.
