A federal court filing on Monday confirms that Elon Musk's X Corp and SpaceXAI have reached a resolution to end their legal dispute with Apple. The claims will be dismissed with prejudice in a lawsuit that alleged the iPhone maker conspired with OpenAI to unlawfully monopolize the markets for smartphones and generative AI chatbots.

X Corp and SpaceXAI are not seeking to dismiss any claims against OpenAI Foundation, OpenAI LLC, or OpenAI OpCo LLC, according to the court filing. The litigation against the AI developer remains active as the plaintiffs move to remove Apple from the case.
