Internal records from the party's campaign arm reveal that a majority of legislators have not yet finished their mandatory funding contributions. Only 66 members of the House Democratic caucus paid 100% of their dues to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as of August, according to a report obtained by Sarah Ferris.

Some members remain significantly under their quotas despite large war chests; Representative Ro Khanna had paid 82% of his dues with $16.9M in cash on hand, and Representative Josh Gottheimer had paid 23% with $12.7M. The DCCC is privately urging members to complete their payments to support efforts to oppose "MAGA Inc." in upcoming elections.
