A new administration platform called Trump TV now streams real-time updates and announcements 24 hours a day. The 24/7 service debuted as ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox, and NBC stopped providing live coverage of presidential events, including the opening of a new White House helipad and a trip to the United Nations General Assembly. The network boycott followed a White House ban on press access for journalists from CNN, MS NOW, and Politico.

The Pentagon Press Association and members of the White House press corps issued statements of solidarity with the barred reporters. CNN, MS NOW, and Politico filed a lawsuit against the government to reverse the restrictions, which Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth supported.
