A drone strike by Ukraine ignited a blaze at the Perm oil refinery on Sept. 25. The facility is one of the largest refining sites in Russia, and footage from the location confirms the fire broke out after the attack during the early morning hours.

The strike occurred as part of a broader operation involving several hundred drones deployed deep into Russian territory. According to reports from local channels, the raid began on Sept. 24 with waves of drones targeting the Novgorod Oblast and Moscow.
