Ballot boxes are being transported through villages in the Donetsk region by officials accompanied by security personnel. These teams use portable booths to allow residents to cast their votes for the State Duma in residential courtyards, often with an armed man holding the collection box while residents fill out their forms.

The general election is scheduled for September 18 to 20. Video footage from the occupied territories shows masked personnel armed with machine guns distributing ballots and setting up voting booths as part of the early voting phase in Ukraine.
