A lawsuit against the course of the Drumcree procession was dismissed by a judge in Northern Ireland, enabling the group to enter a neighborhood primarily inhabited by Catholics this Sunday. The High Court rejected the final legal challenge to the route, permitting the march to proceed as planned.

The decision follows a separate ruling by an appeals court that overturned an injunction against the contentious event on Saturday. The appeals court determined that the initial judge had "erred in law" when banning the parade, thereby removing the restrictions that had blocked the organizers' intended itinerary.
