The latest GPU infrastructure rankings from SemiAnalysis identify Nebius and CoreWeave as the sole occupants of the industry's highest performance category. The ClusterMAX 3.0 report evaluated 77 providers in detail and expanded its broader market view to 323 companies, basing its findings on interviews with over 200 end users. Only 19 providers globally earned a "Medallion" rating, which encompasses the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers.

Google Cloud and Oracle placed in the Gold tier, while Azure, Lambda, Firmus, GMI, and TensorWave received Silver ratings. SemiAnalysis noted that Nebius can now command premium pricing for its managed clusters due to infrastructure reliability, although CoreWeave remains the technical leader. The firm also introduced a "Participation Ribbon" tier for 15 providers doing the bare minimum and marked Fluidstack as unavailable.
