Nebius has joined the top performance bracket for AI GPU providers in the ClusterMAX 3.0 assessment of 77 companies. The report from SemiAnalysis identifies Nebius and CoreWeave as the only firms to reach the Platinum tier, while only 19 of all reviewed providers earned any medal rating. Other rankings include Google Cloud and Oracle in Gold, and Azure, Lambda, Firmus, GMI and TensorWave in Silver, based on evaluations of networking, storage, reliability and GPU performance.

The rating supports Nebius's current strategy to increase revenue per GPU through higher prices for standard capacity and Token Factory inference. The company is introducing dynamic spot pricing for spare capacity to maintain high utilization while charging premiums for guaranteed reliability. These rankings target AI startups that cannot afford internal hardware management teams, which Nebius believes will lead to larger customer contracts and lower-cost financing.
