Russian ballistic missiles hit an oil and gas facility in Ukraine's Poltava region overnight, causing critical damage that makes restoration effectively impossible, Naftogaz said. The wider wave of Russian attacks killed at least four people across Ukraine and left nearly 100,000 electricity consumers in Chernihiv without power.

Missile, drone and artillery strikes killed three people and injured six in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Fires engulfed warehouses in Dnipro, while industrial sites in Kryvyi Rih and Pavlohrad were damaged.

In Kyiv, an overnight strike hit a residential building in the Dniprovskyi district, injuring four people and forcing rescuers to save 15. A subsequent morning attack set a warehouse ablaze in the Holosiivskyi district, injuring three more people.
