About 350 Ukrainian drones were detected in Russian airspace on Sept. 22, WarTranslated reported, as Ukrainian forces mounted another raid. Local reports cited by OSINTtechnical identified Moscow and the Volga River valley as targets. Temporary restrictions were imposed at several Russian airports amid the attack early on Sept. 23.

The raid followed a Sept. 20 attack that halted crude processing at Gazprom Neft’s Moscow refinery after fires broke out at both primary distillation units, three industry sources told Reuters. Repairs and the restoration of operations could take several weeks, the sources said. The plant supplies up to 40% of Moscow’s fuel.
