Slavneft Yaroslavnefteorgsintez halted all crude processing on Thursday after Ukrainian drone strikes damaged equipment at the plant. The 300,000 BPD facility, which processes more than 15 million tonnes of crude oil per year, is a joint asset of Rosneft and Gazprom Neft. Regional governor Mikhail Yevrayev announced on Telegram that local forces repelled a major drone raid, although firefighters spent several hours extinguishing blazes in the industrial zone.

The disruption coincides with plans by the Russian government to extend a diesel export ban through October to stabilize domestic fuel supplies. This strike follows a month in which half of Russia's six largest diesel plants were knocked offline or had output slashed, including a total shutdown at the Kirishi plant and capacity cuts at the Volgograd and NORSI facilities.
